Our process

We arrive weekly (or more) for service so your yard is ready and waiting!

Step One: SCOOP

We walk the entire yard or the areas a client requests in a grid-like pattern to ensure all waste is collected. If you have cement areas, patios or decks, we will do our best to collect what we can. Gravel areas will be discussed as needed.

Step Two: DISPOSE

The waste is collected in a biodegradable trash bag and placed in your garbage can. We will double bag if necessary.

Step Three: CLEAN

To avoid cross contamination, and to keep things clean and sanitary, we treat and spray all of our tools and shoes after every job to remove residual waste so everything is clean and ready for the next yard. Gates are always locked securely behind us.

Typically starts March 1st-April 30. Frozen or snowy ground will impact the cleaning.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the clean up, we will come back ASAP to make it right.

The Nitty Gritty Details

The first cleaning may include an additional fee ($30-100), if no one has been

cleaning the property regularly.

Yards larger than 1/4 acre will require and upcharge based on size.

We pre-bill monthly. Service will not start until bill is paid.

Service will discontinue with unpaid bill.

Doggie-do will be removed, bagged and placed in the homeowners trash can.

We do not transport and dispose off the property.

We are not responsible for missed piles due to yard conditions such as snow, high grass, leaves, trash etc.

Please have an area & path cleared for worker to get through snow.

We do not offer refunds for poor weather, we will catch up the following week.

Larger yards may require an upcharge.
